Jennifer is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in trauma, eating disorders, dual diagnosis such as anxiety and depression, substance abuse, cross-addiction, and co-dependency. She is certified in EMDR and has extensive knowledge in utilizing psychodrama and experiential exercises when working with trauma based issues.
Prior to taking on her current role as Clinical Director, Jennifer was a primary therapist working with individuals and family members. Previously she worked in the family program addressing enabling, co-dependent behaviors and family system issues as related to the process of addiction.
With over 3 years of service in the behavioral health care industry, Russell brings a diverse set of skills to share with The Cottages of the Palm Beaches team. His background as a Life Coach, photography teacher and managerial skills gives Russell the passion to serve those who remain challenged by behavioral and addictive disorders. As a Case Manager, Russell provides support and positive regard to the individuals he works with.
He has maintained and established relationships both locally and nationally resulting in the development of strong, sober-based continuing care plans for our patients prior to discharge. Russell believes that, “by working together with the therapeutic community, both locally and nationally, we truly provide the best treatment and aftercare to those we serve."
Yolanda is a prime example of someone with a life goal and a determination to obtain that goal. She began working at The Cottages of the Palm Beaches as an Intern, moved to become a Case Manager and is now a Primary Therapist. Yolanda also has a Master's of Social Work from Barry University. As a result of her determination to achieve her goal, she has become a highly qualified professional in the addictions field.
